Thinking and thinking must be the activity, which cannot be avoided by every human being. Human brain is designed for thinking so thinking must be very normal thing to do for many people. Nevertheless, there are some circumstances when people are over thinking about something, and they will end up on the bed for hours at night without being able to close their eyes at all. This can be part of their anxiety problem, which makes them think about their job or health insurance seriously. People can just think about a lot of things and when they realize that they have to sleep, they are unable to close their eyes at all. This must be bad for their health as well as performance in the next day. Nevertheless, there is no need to worry because there are some ways to cope with anxiety which people can take.

Innovative Techniques

When people are worried about something, they will just try to avoid something they are worried about, but it will not solve the problem. The very first step of ways to cope with anxiety will be done by repeating the worry repeatedly  until it does not bring any effect. People just need to take the thoughts which are troublesome repeatedly  for 20 minutes, and they will get bored and the anxiety feeling can be beaten. Instead of controlling anxiety, people just need to make it worse by exaggerating them and just see what will happen after that. Anxiety is associated with craziness, but people can cope with the anxiety by avoiding fighting the craziness. Instead of judging, people just need to try to find the rational description. The anxiety can come with false alarm, and people have to recognize it so they can go to another place to let it pass by. People can also try an interesting way for coping with anxiety by turning it into a movie.

So now you have good idea on how to get over shyness, right?   It is also important for people to set aside their worry time as ways to cope with anxiety. People can try to set aside 20 minutes of their everyday daytime  just for their worries, and it has to be scheduled. Instead of worrying about things, which are anticipated, it is better for them to surrender for the moment, so they can feel far more in control. The body can be very tense when people worry because they hold their breath. That is why people should try breathing technique, which can calm their nerves. People also have to make peace with time, so there is no more emergency feeling, which comes with the worry. People also must not let their worry to stop them from living their lives.

There are so many people who think that they are shy. Because of this shyness, they find very great difficulty when they have to make conversation with other people.  If you have read my post about how to  define introvert , you see that it is normal for every human being to have the shy feeling but if people do not want to be shy for the rest of their life, there are some ways to not be shy which they can follow. Shy can ruin the confidence and when people lose their confidence, there is no doubt that they will not be able to perform the best thing in front of other people. It can cause great loss when people have to get involved with more and more people at work. Here are the methods which people can do for overcoming the most shyness. Although it is not all of the shyness, it must be really useful for increasing the confidence.

Stop Shyness

How to get over shyness then ? There are several ways which people should take for stopping their problem with shyness. The very first step which people should do from the ways to not be shy, they have to diagnose their shyness level. People can evaluate whether they are unable to talk to anyone or just feel shy around people who are not so familiar with them. They can also ask friends for their opinion. People also need to consider some things including the reason why they change and things which they want to change. Maybe people are bothered with their social skill which is poor. Many people decide to shut their selves in the shell because of their shyness but if they want to overcome this shyness problem, they have to put their selves in the place where they can meet people. They can also try to be approachable with fake confident smile and try to make eye contact with other person.

Next Steps

The ways to not be shy seems hard things to do at the first time but they have to work hard to overcome their shyness problem. They can try to practice talking using mirror. When people decide to change, they of course will have very great expectation but it is better for them to take small steps so the shy and nervous feeling will not grow bigger. Instead of focusing attention on their selves, they have to try to focus their attention outward whether other people or the surroundings. People should expand their social circle by asking friends to introduce them to their friends.  Showing their talents can be helpful for overcoming the shyness problem. It is also important for being sincere with the compliments and changes the shy looks.

Introvert personality is a kind of personality which shows that someone attention focus on their own world or inner mine mind mentality than on the external world or reality. According to the book The Introvert Advantage written by Dr Marti Olsen Laney, a psychotherapist, this mental disorder can happen to 25 percents of population. It means that its possibility is quite high and it can attack anybody. So by understanding about this, someone can learn on how to treat it better so it can be cured. Commonly it is identified by the close personality and those who suffered from it will enjoy their own world.

Do You Have Introvert Personality?

We are born with different and unique characteristic. If you want to know much and deeply about yourself, you have to know yourself well like your drives as well as your inhibitions. You can do this process through the introspection. You know conducting introspection is very difficult to do since it needs discipline to take care of the inherent reticence of your mind. If you like to sit quietly than go out to socialize and if you have less deep relationship, it can show that you may get or you may have the introvert personality.

As individual, you are unique. You were born to play your own role. Even you exist in the world is due to the unique job you need to do. If you have these below conditions:

Actually the ones with this kind of personality can live normally if the environment where they live can accept them. With supporting environment they can get their own life style and choose the way for their own live. They will know themselves especially their talent like the skill of painting, writing, finance, business, and many more which can be developed to be their professions which will be very useful in their life. In simple words, people with introvert personality can survive in their life with their all characteristics.

Even though it is often said that people with this kind of personality will be shy, awkward, and lonely, actually they have the power to make relationship with somebody else who according to them special. They will give their time and their affection totally. If you have a friend with introvert personality, it means that you have something precious which can make them interested.

People usually feel fear when they are facing such an unexpected circumstances in their life. All they have to do is by daring their selves in facing that circumstance. They should be able in being the best in every single condition of their life. The second way that can be used as the way to know about how to gain confidence is by testing yourself. You should realize that everyone needs to be honored, that is why we have to honor everyone. What Are Important To Do For Overcoming Shyness

When you are a shy person, you may often ask yourself:  how to overcome shyness. You will know how it feels like whenever you are around people, especially new people. You will probably stare at the floor and will not want to face other people. You will probably wait for others to greet you instead of having the initiative to greet them first. However, inside, you probably want to be that person in the center of the room who talks freely with the girl he just met before. You probably want to have the real conversation. Well then, you know that you have to be able to overcome your shyness. How to not be shy?

Overcoming shyness is not as difficult as you think. Well, the first step is to understand what you think about yourself first. You have to know how you feel. Do you feel that you are subordinated? Do you think that people are cooler? Well, you have to erase that thought. Everyone has their own problem. They may look cooler, but probably they are not as smart as you are, or not as kind as you are. You have to stop the thoughts that you are not as good as them. Then, you have to ask yourself, do you think that other people keep on staring at you and watching every move you make? Well, they do not. They probably do the same thing. They overlook at their own selves they do not have time to think about you. And overcoming shyness will be done after you stop labeling your own self as a shy person.

Well, if those are what you feel about yourself, you have to stop the negative thoughts. Overcoming shyness can be done after you know what happen to your feeling. After that, you can cure it. The most important thing is that loving you. You have to really enjoy your own self. In so doing, you have to forget what should or shouldn’t wear or do which you know from other people. You have to do anything in your own style. And after that, you can succeed on overcoming shyness and get out of your shyness.

There are many problems that are faced by people in facing their social life. For example: how to overcome shyness. Because shyness is one of the serious problems faced by people, especially by young people. It is more serious about young people because it is their time to make as many friends as possible when they are in school and have to face the same thing every day. When a kid becomes really shy, she or he will be shut down to the social life. The level of this shutting down can be various. And this can be really depressing. Sometimes shy people will hold it back to themselves. And when young people can have many problems in their life, they will need some friends to share. That is why it is important to know how to not be shy.

It is so that they can have a real social life. The existence of social media in the internet somehow makes this problem seem harder. It is because people who do not really have real life will run to it when they should have the real relationship with people. To help them to get out of their shyness, people should know how to not be shy. And before they do that, they will need to understand what makes them feel shy. The most common thing is that they are having a weak image about themselves. They think that they are, to put it harsh, a loser. The second, they think that people concern too much about themselves. They think that people observe them so much. The third is that they admit that they are shy, and they get use to it.

The first step to overcome this shyness is by trying to love them. They should know that they are amazing in a different way. They should also understand that no one really pay attention to everything they do because everyone seems to have their own occupation on themselves. By knowing how to not be shy, people can learn to enjoy their own self. So, why so worry on what people think about you?
