There are so many people who think that they are shy. Because of this shyness, they find very great difficulty when they have to make conversation with other people.  If you have read my post about how to  define introvert , you see that it is normal for every human being to have the shy feeling but if people do not want to be shy for the rest of their life, there are some ways to not be shy which they can follow. Shy can ruin the confidence and when people lose their confidence, there is no doubt that they will not be able to perform the best thing in front of other people. It can cause great loss when people have to get involved with more and more people at work. Here are the methods which people can do for overcoming the most shyness. Although it is not all of the shyness, it must be really useful for increasing the confidence.

How to get over shyness then ? There are several ways which people should take for stopping their problem with shyness. The very first step which people should do from the ways to not be shy, they have to diagnose their shyness level. People can evaluate whether they are unable to talk to anyone or just feel shy around people who are not so familiar with them. They can also ask friends for their opinion. People also need to consider some things including the reason why they change and things which they want to change. Maybe people are bothered with their social skill which is poor. Many people decide to shut their selves in the shell because of their shyness but if they want to overcome this shyness problem, they have to put their selves in the place where they can meet people. They can also try to be approachable with fake confident smile and try to make eye contact with other person.

Next Steps

The ways to not be shy seems hard things to do at the first time but they have to work hard to overcome their shyness problem. They can try to practice talking using mirror. When people decide to change, they of course will have very great expectation but it is better for them to take small steps so the shy and nervous feeling will not grow bigger. Instead of focusing attention on their selves, they have to try to focus their attention outward whether other people or the surroundings. People should expand their social circle by asking friends to introduce them to their friends.  Showing their talents can be helpful for overcoming the shyness problem. It is also important for being sincere with the compliments and changes the shy looks.
